The Wednesday Morning Bible study in September will be the book of Ecclesiastes followed in the New Year by Paul's letter to the Galatians, both led by Pastor Phil Poncé.

Young Artists for People (YAP)

This young artists group, is giving their annual fundraising concert to benefit children who survived from the devastating earthquake in SiChuan, China a few months ago and are rebuilding their schools. The concert will showcase young dancers and musicians from the mainline area, the Chinese folk dances with beautiful costumes, the trios that wowed audiences at Kimmel Center, the string quartet that takes you to the tea garden in China, just to name a few. The concert admission is free of charge. Donation of any size is accepted at the door. 7:30 pm.

Monday, September 1st
Annual Celebration for Chelsea Golf Classic

Golf tournament to benefit the Chelsea Campbell Foundation to provide funds to young people who have addiction problems, and whose health insurance will not pay for their care.

  • Registration & Lunch -12:00pm,
  • Shotgun Start - 1:00pm
  • Banquet Awards Dinner - 6:00pm

Cost per foursome is $400 including dinner after the tournament. If you can’t play golf, perhaps you will consider volunteering at the tournament. Kimberton Golf Club, Rt 23, Kimberton, PA 19442. Registration form: Brochure/Registration.

ETC (Every Topic Considered) discussion group.

Beginning the year with an exciting series called the Simply Enough intended to “Equip people of faith to challenge consumerism, live justly and celebrate responsibly.” Weekly sessions consist of a short video section followed by discussion. The program is seven weeks long. 9:12am in the Library.
